9. Healthy nutella

Hi there!

I am, like most of you, a sucker for chocolate and I L O V E nutella but you can't eat it the whole time so I looked for a healthier alternative...
If you get spots when you eat just a spoon of nutella (that's because of the dairy) or feel really guilty, here's a life saviour! 

-1 cup of hazelnuts
-1 cup of dates
-1/2 cup of water
-2 tablespoons of maple syrup
-1-2 heaped tablespoons of raw cacao

To start off you gotta soak the hazelnuts in water for 6 hours at least. Once it'd done, drain the water and place the hazelnuts in the food processor. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend it untill you get that Nutella-ish texture. Place it in a jam jar and store it in the fridge and enjoy! So good with yogurt, banana pancakes or icecream or direct from the spoon!
